Announcement: Sabbatical for Clee Bowls C Team

Dear Members,

We hope this message finds you well. We have an important update regarding our beloved Clee Bowls C Team. Due to a limited number of players, the C Team will be taking a sabbatical and will not be joining the EBF or EBA leagues this season. While this news may come as a disappointment to some, we are committed to bringing the C Team back to the greens as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we are thrilled to announce a series of exciting social bowling events and new internal leagues that will keep the spirit of the game alive and thriving at Cleethorpes Bowls and Snooker Club. These events are designed to be inclusive and fun, welcoming members of all abilities to participate and enjoy the camaraderie of the sport.

Upcoming Events:

1. Clee C Social - Hat Nights

   • Description: Join us for a fun and spontaneous evening where members draw their team and position out of a hat and play a game of bowls.

   • Fee: £3 per player

   • Details: We will reserve the rink for these special nights, ensuring everyone has a chance to play and enjoy.

     
     

2. Weekend Social League

   • Description: A relaxed and enjoyable league consisting of 10 matches over the summer.

   • Registration Fee: £30

   • Details: Perfect for those looking to play regularly on weekends and socialize with fellow members.

     
     

3. Inter-Club Challenge

   • End of the Season Challenge: Another one-day event to wrap up the season with excitement and camaraderie.

   • Fee: £3 per player
