First named player must, within two days of closing date for the previous round shall offer the opponent the choice of three dates otherwise he or she will forfeit the tie.
The winner (or second named player claiming the match in the event of no dates being offered) to write their name in the next round on the sheet by the closing date of the round otherwise the player will be disqualified from the competition.
